ServicesAs your local manufacturer's representative, Hedrick Associates is the exclusive sales channel for Western and Northern Michigan. This means that we are responsible for any of our manufacturer's products which are purchased or installed in this area. We offer assistance while a job is in the development stages, to ensure that solutions are selected and applied properly. On-site and in-person visits are often helpful to accomplish this, and something we frequently perform. We help with the procurement process, to make it as easy as possible to do business with us. Finally, as we have for over 25 years, we stand ready after the installation, to support the equipment we provide. We carry an extensive stock of spare parts for Liebert environmental units and Marley towers, at our office. Our inside service and support staff provides technical and service oriented answers. We are available 7 days, 24 hours for emergency assistance, through an emergency pager or home telephones, listed on our voice mail system after hours. And a local Liebert Global Services technician is available 7x24 (with guaranteed on-site response of 4 hours or less) to support your Liebert power protection devices (call 1-800-LIEBERT).
